Hello, my name is Mrs. Petersen but I am typically known as Mrs.P. I am passionate about early learning. Connections and attachments are so important at this young age and stage, and I work hard to create a classroom that supports and encourages both of these. This will be my 11th year teaching at Ross Ford, and my second teaching grade one. I had spent the previous 17 years teaching Kindergarten, but I am so looking forward to this new challenge!
In my other life, I live in Olds, and a mom to three daughters who are all now in University. It is our first year with an empty nest, so I am glad to be working full time! I love to read, travel, do yoga and be in the sunshine. I am looking forward to the 2022-23 school year.
